My decision to make this particular story free is not without reason. Straight up - I'm new to the game and need to spread the word around by all means available and necessary. This is merely a taste of what's to come not only from the character of Sid Valentine but also my particular style or brand of writing.

I wrote the first half of this on Valentine's Day. I'm not particularly keen on the whole V-Day kinda thing. I can be a  curmudgeonly cynic as the people who know me would tell you. So this is my way of taking it out. The character himself is interesting and I've grown to like the bastard. He'll be pestering you more in the near future.
